SECTION · 001 · USEuse of the archive
001.01the rig issues a non-transferable, perpetual license to use any retrieved payload (sample, loop, drone, recording) inside the operator's own recordings, productions, releases, and performances. no royalty owed back to the rig.
001.02redistribution of the raw payload, in part or in whole, is denied. the artifact is yours to use; the artifact is not yours to resell, repackage, sub-license, or upload to a sample-pack aggregator.
001.03ai training datasets are denied use. the rig considers training data ingestion redistribution; the same clause applies.
SECTION · 002 · PAYMENTcarrier payment
002.01the carrier (stripe) processes payment on the rig's behalf. by completing a transmission the operator authorizes the carrier to release the listed amount.
002.02prices are denominated in USD. local taxes, conversion fees, and bank handling are not handled by the rig.
SECTION · 003 · DELIVERYdelivery and retrieval
003.01on confirmed payment the carrier acknowledges. the rig dispatches retrieval tokens to the operator's email and renders them on the release page.
003.02retrieval tokens persist on the operator dashboard for the lifetime of the account. lost tokens can be re-issued from the dashboard.
SECTION · 004 · REFUNDrefund policy
004.01the payload is a digital artifact. once retrieved, refunds are denied. the rig will consider refund requests for unretrieved payloads within seven days of transmission — contact the operator.
SECTION · 005 · WARRANTYwarranty disclaimer
005.01the artifacts are recovered from a field station. the rig makes no warranty against intermittent signal, residual noise floor, or the presence of weather inside the recording. those are features.
005.02the rig disclaims liability for any commercial loss, derivative loss, or downstream rejection arising from use of the artifacts. use at the operator's discretion.
SECTION · 006 · TERMINATIONtermination
006.01the operator may close the account at any time by contacting the rig. the licenses granted under SECTION · 001 · USE survive termination.
006.02the rig reserves the right to terminate accounts engaged in redistribution or training-data ingestion. terminations are documented in the operations log.
SECTION · 007 · JURISDICTIONjurisdiction
007.01carriage is administered from sector cascadia nw. disputes resolve under the law of washington state, united states.
